Wonderful stay

convenient locationquiet neighborhoodspacious roomcanal view
The location is convenient, away from the busy downtown area. It is close to a quiet neighborhood, a short walk from a tram stop. I found the public transit quick and efficient. My spacious twin bed room was on the fourth floor and I enjoyed the views of a quiet canal.
I noticed you could hear sounds from neighbors and the hallway outside the door. It wasn't ideal, and i think future guests might have similar concerns.
Rooms
9/10
The room was beautiful and super clean, with high-tech lights and curtains. The large bathroom included twin sinks, counter space, a stand-up shower, and a separate soaking tub. I especially enjoyed the nightly turndown service, complete with origami animals.
Dining
10/10
The breakfast buffet offered a delicious array of fruits, smoothies, pastries, and both Western and Japanese breakfast foods. I also appreciated the cook-to-order eggs and barista service that were available. The breakfast was great (especially the fresh smoothies!).

Really good Stay with Lovely Views

electric curtainscozy seatingjapanese breakfast
The room had electric curtains and USB outlets. The cozy seating area was useful. I noticed sheep and a pony at a nearby school from my window on the 22nd floor. The food and beverage operation was perfect. I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast. I had the option of English breakfast and ordered eggs.
The pool felt somewhat cold .
Dining

I experienced diverse dining options on the premises. Camelia offered Japanese, English, and custom egg dishes for breakfast. The variety suited diverse palates, with attentive staff ensuring a smooth service. The freshness of ingredients stood out.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Misses

washlet toiletunhelpful staffcold pool
The room was clean and included a washlet toilet, which I found acceptable.
The front desk staff seemed unhelpful, particularly regarding dinner reservations I made no effort to check later so I don't know about any change. The pool was too cold to properly enjoy it after going to the spa, I had to cut short my swim.
